Paper Submission Instructions

View the calls for papers and choose the appropriate symposium/track for your paper.
The full paper should be written in IEEE two column conference proceedings format not exceeding six pages in letter size paper. The paper should include the title, authors, abstract (self containing within 200 words) and key words. The Latex and MS-Word templates can be downloaded from IEEE here. The MS-Word template is also directly available here.
Create an account at http://edas.info, select "Submit Paper" in the menu at the top, choose the "IEEE TIC-STH'09" conference," and submit your full paper to the appropriate symposium/track.

Submission Policy

Papers must describe original work and not be accepted for publication or submitted elsewhere. Papers will be evaluated in terms of criteria including:

Contribution
Presentation/clarity/conciseness
Scholarship (including adequate reference to prior work)
Novelty and originality
