The volunteers of IEEE Toronto cannot provide any help in matters of Membership. In particular, those seeking references for membership application, membership upgrade, or other reasons, should approach Members able to provide the reference, that is, IEEE Members familiar with them and their work. IEEE Toronto cannot provide references. Attending chapter meetings is one of the best way to get to know IEEE Members and IEEE Senior Members, who will then be able to provide references when required.
