IEEE Toronto Section Executive Committee Biographies
The operation of the IEEE Toronto Section is managed by the Section Executive committee, whose members are elected or appointed every two years. On each of these pages, we introduce a member of the committee who volunteers his or her time and energy to deliver the services that the IEEE Toronto Section provides. On your behalf, we recognize their invaluable contributions.

Pearl (Ke) Cao - GOLD Affinity Group Industrial Relations

Pearl Cao is a Masters of Applied Science Student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on VLSI power management circuits, integrated DC-DC converters and temperature sensors. During her undergraduate study at University of Toronto, she had 16 months internship at AMD as a Chipset Qualification Engineer from 2007 to 2008.

Pearl has been very involved in IEEE activities for the past few years. She has been the Chair of IEEE at University of Toronto Student Branch from 2009 to 2010. She is also the Conference Organizing Chair of International Conference for Upcoming Engineers (ICUE 2010). Currently, Pearl serves at the IEEE GOLD Toronto Section as Industrial Relations VP.
