| Abstract
|
The face of electronics continues to change at a rapid pace. The speed of the circuits are faster, warranting shorter conductor lengths. The circuits themselves have become much more sophisticated. As a result, more functionality is required in the same, or smaller board space. This presentation will discuss the miniaturization trend of components, boards, and signal lengths and the rapid growth of components embedded within printed board structures. |
