| Abstract
|
We all agree that we are good thinkers - but what about those other people we have to work with? What are they thinking? Are they thinking at all?
There is more to thinking than meets the eye. For example, how is it that we can put five logically thinking engineers in a room, and end up with five different conclusions? In this thought provoking, light hearted, lively look at how people think, professional speaker Randy Park will help you explore:
- why we sometimes get tripped up by little things when solving big problems
- how to better communicate with and influence other people
- why our organisations get stuck in "we always do it this way"
- how more experience can lead to worse performance
- how to better utilize feedback from customers, co-workers (and spouses!)
Comments from past audience members:
"Enlightening comments on a human activity we all take for granted."
"Made the entire conference worthwhile."
"Your talk has definitely opened up the minds of many and has had a lasting effect."
"Simple model, yet really applicable to our daily lives."
"Thought provoking - quite literally."
